FFF 7 - Eric is lookin' mighty fine!

Eric jumped on FFF two weeks ago.  He's incredible. 13 pounds down. Sexy. Wearing clothes he'd shoved in the back of the closet years ago. Portion control. Healthy choices. He avoids situations where he would be tempted. Amazing.

Amy? Not so good. Down 2.2 pounds. Averaged 1200 calories a day all week.  Took 29,000 steps over the week but ended up back on the couch with ice packs and a swollen knee. Grrrr!!!!

This morning I went for a slow easy walk.  Got about six blocks from home and the sky opened, the wind picked up, and rain fell.  I looked like a drowned rat by the time I got back.  Eric found me shivering at the door.

"Why didn't you call me to pick you up?!" he asked, stripping wet clothes off  and taking me upstairs.  He ran a hot bath and dumped a whole cup of Mr. Bubble in the tub.

I relaxed. Sunk down in the bubbles. Breathed.

Then Eric appeared with my phone in his hand.  He'd found it on the washing machine where I'd left it when I went out on my walk.

Out of the water, skin warm and red, over the lap of my love.

Spank, spank, spank.

"Amy Lynn! Don't you ever leave this house without your phone."

Spank, spank, spank.

"You're already pushing it by walking on that knee."

Spank, spank, spank.

In the corner, nipples against the wall, hands at my sides, my ass tingled and I rested.

The rain came on strong outside and we found ourselves between the sheets.

  1. Hi Amy,

Wow, Eric is doing incredibly well! Great to have him on board and that you are doing this together.

Argh, swollen knee and rain. Sounds like a lovely ending though :)

  4. Wow Eric is doing really well on his FFF mission. You are also being down 2.2lbs with your poor knee. What a way to end you walk with some delicious afternoon delight. Be careful on that knee though.

  6. Amy,
Whenever I read your posts, the feeling of sensuality is right there. The words slow and I am right there with that cup of Mr. Bubble. These guys mean business with whatever the cause: your bottom, your knee and your over his knee.

    1. Thanks Meredith,
Eric and I did meet later in life. We're both often amazed (and thrilled) at how sexually connected we are. It certainly adds to the sensuality of our experiences and my posts!

  7. It always does seem that men are able to lose the weight more quickly. Not fair, I say.

I love your "Afternoon Delight" story. It made me smile.

  13. Men often seem to be able to lose weight a bit easier but I am sure you will get to where you hope to be and it sounds like you have someone supporting and encouraging you along the way. Please take care of your knee and remember your phone. Glad you enjoyed your rainy afternoon. :-)

  14. Hello Amy,
2.2 pounds is still great. :) It's 2.2 lbs lighters, and if you lift a two pound weight, it feels like a lot when you think it used to be on your body. :) Way to go. Sorry about the knee though. Looks like Erik took good care of you, in several ways. :) That's so sweet.

  15. Hi Amy, :) Those are wonderful fff results! Good for you on the 2.2 lb weight drop! Fabulous! Sore knee and all!

Eric sounds like he is doing amazing as well. Awesome! I agree with others- guys seem to be able to shed pounds a whole lot easier than us women.

Oops on the phone! A spanky reminder, some tlc and mfl on a rainy afternoon... sounds like there is a whole lot of love around your place! Sweet! Take good care of your knee. Many hugs,

    <3 Katie
