But - it's (Barely) Friday and I have updated my goals and am ready to begin!
I'm in my PJ's but my Fitbit is on and I've already got 63 steps today. (One trip to the restroom and one trip to the pantry for a Tums.) I'm going for the full 10,000 by noon. Yesterday it was a food binge. Today? Step binge!
- Lose 11-16 pounds this year
- Write a chapter a week
- 50,000 steps a week
- Go to the gym three times a week
- Clean out a drawer/corner/closet per week (Great idea, Lindy)
- STOP bingeing
